PND provides permitting assistance to clients for projects; an intimate knowledge of design details and experience with permitting agencies can help speed and smooth the process. PND can help clients understand permit contents and conditions placed upon the permit; provide continuity through the entire project; and ensure the permit best reflects the design, leading to fewer issues later during construction. PND can also conduct Phase I and wetlands site assessments in support of permits and design; write environmental assessments; and provide support to environmental impact statements.
