The $4 million improvements of the existing waterfront. Existing facilities consisted of aging timber docks, which required ever extensive maintenance from damage from the large number of visiting tour ships. Improvements consisted of adding 25 mooring/breasting dolphins along the existing timber docks and also the addition of over 12,000 square feet of new dock.
