PND is an Alaskan corporation formed in 1979. The firm is head-quartered in Anchorage, Alaska, with additional offices in Juneau, Alaska and Seattle, Washington. PND employs 95 full time staff, half of whom are licensed professional engineers and/or surveyors. PND undertakes a wide variety of transportation, civil and marine projects through-out Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. We have expanded our operations to include a substantial number of projects through out the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and overseas. Clients range from private individuals to Fortune 500 corporations, from local governments to federal agencies.

PND is proud of its reputation for devising innovative design solutions. Efficiency in design and the resultant savings in construction and operations costs are particularly attractive to private-sector organizations that often operate within a stringent financial environment. Many PND design solutions have been sufficiently innovative and effective to earn national awards and press attention.

In April 2007, PND debuted at No. 413 on the ENR Top 500 Design Firms list, which ranks companies nationwide according to revenue for design services performed in 2006. Each year since 1964, ENR has surveyed the construction industry to determine the largest engineering, architectural and environmental design firms, both publicly and privately held, based on design-specific revenue.
